CURRENT PROJECTS

DURING FEBRUARY AND APRIL 2026 WE TRAVELLED TO SIERRA LEONE TO CAPTURE THE MEER PROJECT AND ITS EFFECTS ON THE PEOPLE AND IN MITIGATING CLIMATE CHANGE BY EMPOWERING PEOPLE IN FREETOWN.

In February and April 2026, I followed the MEER project across Sierra Leone while filming the documentary
“Shine or Burn”, directed by Alejandro Ravazzola.



It is built by young people often excluded from opportunity, many disabled and disadvantaged youths who are now leading the effort to secure and sustain their communities.

These photographs are not about the roofs alone. They are about the hands that build them, and the dignity, reality, and context of life in Sierra Leone today.
